REVIEW and COMPARISON: L'OREAL's Infallible Pro-Matte and Infallible 24HR Stay Fresh Foundat

The availability of each is not worldwide. The Infallible 24HR Stay Fresh Foundation is commonly sold in Asia and UK as far as I know. And lucky are those in the U.S. where the Infallible Pro Matte are within their reach. A $12 product is not practical to be shipped internationally because of taxes and freight charges as the product may worth 100x the amount when it reaches its destination. However, there are those selling locally in the Philippines cheaper than ordering from another country.

I got mine at 680PhP with the Pro Matte and 700PhP with the 24HR Stay Fresh from near local store, SM. With the weather in the Philippines, I prefer the Pro Matte with my oily skin.

The only pro I found with the 24HR Stay Fresh is the Hyaluronic ingredients which is the best moisturizer I know to date. The scent drives me crazy as it is so strong that it makes me nausueos. Not that I don't like scented cosmetics, because I loooove TOO FACED Chocolate Bars, there is something in the scent that spins me, and I'd rather opt for non scented if that is the case. The tackiness after application is another turn off.

The longevity of both products are not in question as they really outstand the humidity in the Philippines. Both wore the 8-HR mark, with a little sliding on the nose with 24HR Stay Fresh. Therefore Pro Matte is a win for me with the oil absorbing capabilities and more matte fiinish. For Dry Skin, I recommend the 24HR Stay Fresh for the moisturizing agents and its longevity power.
